Do you offer worldwide shipping?

Absolutely! heyGirl is happy to provide free worldwide shipping to our customers. We deliver to most countries around the globe!

What are the shipping options and delivery times?

Standard Tracked Shipping: 7-10 business days.

Please note that during busy sales periods, delivery times might be slightly extended.

Oops! I entered the wrong address. Can I fix it?

If you’ve made a mistake with your shipping address, no worries! You have a 12-hour window to make changes. Just reach out to us on help@getheygirl.com as soon as possible with your order number and updated address. While we can’t guarantee changes once your order starts processing, we’ll do our very best to make it happen.

To speed things up, include “Urgent: Change Order Details” in the subject line of your email. Please be aware that if your order has already shipped, we won’t be able to intercept it, so contacting your postal service would be the best option in that case.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and a link to track your package’s journey.

If you notice any issues with tracking or delivery, please check with the courier directly. Tracking info can sometimes take 1-4 days to update, so don’t worry if it doesn’t show up immediately. If you’re still experiencing issues after the estimated delivery window, feel free to get in touch with us!

Can I cancel my order?

Our order process is fast and automated to get products to you as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel, please email us with your order number within 24 hours of placing it.

Keep in mind that cancellations requested after 24 hours cannot be guaranteed.

Can I buy multiple products in one order?

Yes! Simply add all desired items to your cart, then click on the “Checkout” button. Access your cart by clicking the bag icon in the top right, then scroll down to find “Checkout.” It’s easy and convenient to bundle items in one purchase.

Will all my items arrive in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same order might arrive in separate packages to ensure each product is handled with care. Please keep this in mind when your order arrives.
